Rush came to me with a fairly loose criteria for her wedding gown design. She wanted French re-embroidered Alencon lace for the halter bodice, and a satin skirt. She wanted something light, unstructured (no bones), that would be comfortable and easy to wear.
Rush’s gown was made with authentic French lace and 100% silk. Not seen in the photo here is the raspberry colored sash (visible from the back only) and the elbow length veil embellished with the same lace as in her gown.

"I was pretty frustrated trying to find a wedding dress that I could afford and was passionate about and I was running out of time. That is when someone suggested having it made (thank you!) and referred me to Julie.
Honestly, I was also very anxious about going to someone I didn’t know and having it made. What I want you to know is how truly talented Julie is and how easy it was to work with her. I had no idea what the final product would look like but I was thrilled with the fit, her ideas, openness, and all the details.
I highly recommend her again and hope she will continue to receive amiless brides like me. My wedding ended up to be extremely chaotic and stressful due to a local hurricane but my dress was great. Thanks again! "
